Old Lynchburg Road (OLR) is the main administrative campus along with a number of therapeutic services for Region Ten Community Services Board. The OLR campus includes the following therapeutic services: The Wellness Recovery Center, Emergency Services, the Child and Family Center, Developmental Disabilities Case Management, and Housing services. OLR is also home to Region Ten leadership offices, finance, billing, building services, human resources, training, and payroll.

The Region Ten conference center is located at the OLR site. The conference center seats up to 80 people and is available for community agencies to reserve on a limited basis due to the pandemic.
