DESCRIPTION:This group is not about perfection- it is about what works for you\, and what brings you joy when working with plants. The choice is up to you. You can even bring your own plant projects to work on while in the group. \nWe will also be discussing the nutritional aspect of fruits and vegetables and how they benefit our bodies. \nThe groups activities will change with the seasons and the weather. What we do in the Winter\, will look different from what we do in the Summer. What we do when it is raining\, will look different from what we do when it is sunny. Mother nature has a mind of her own…. \nWe would like you to attend each month to follow along with the planting and growing process. At the end of the growing season\, we would like to give some of the plants away to participants who would like to continue the process at home. Planting in the ground or in raised beds is not the only way to have a garden- Container gardening is just as rewarding as in-ground beds.

DESCRIPTION:Service offered EVERYDAY at BRC. Treatment involves the gentle placement of up to five small\, sterilized disposable needles into specific sites on each ear. The participants sit quietly in a group setting for 30-45 minutes allowing the treatment to take effect. Possible benefits: increased calmness\, better sleep\, and less agitation; relief from stress and emotional trauma; reduced cravings for alcohol and drugs\, including nicotine; minimized withdrawal symptoms; and a discovery of inner quiet and strength.
